SHIPMENT

Shipment process

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and dispatched within 1 week. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

We use UPS as our courier to ensure reliable delivery of your items. Should you wish to use your own courier service, please contact us on customer@laurence-dacade.com

Shipping times and rates

France - Paris:

Free showroom pick-up available on appointment only. 

Please allow 3 - 5 days for our reply. Kindly note that we are taking requests via this email only: customer@laurence-dacade.com

France:

Standard shipping - 2 to 4 business days - 15€

Express shipping - Overnight service (if order placed before 3pm on a business day) 40€

Prices include VAT (taxes).

European Union:

Standard shipping - 2 to 8 business days - 25€ 

Express shipping - 1 to 3 business days - 50€ 

Prices include VAT (taxes).

Rest of World:

Standard shipping - 2 to 8 business days - 50€

Standard heavy - 2 to 8 business days 80€

Express UPS - 2 to 5 business days 100€

Prices do not include French VAT (customers will be required to pay for taxes + customs fees upon delivery)

RETURN

Returns process

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your item, and our company will cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label to ensure you do not incur any return shipment fees.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team to request a return within the eligible return period
  2. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, and is securely packaged in its original packaging, with the receipt, number of order or proof of purchase.
  4. Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. This process may take up to 3-5 business days.

Refunds

After receiving your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if the shoes are in their original condition. Please allow 3-5 business days so we can proceed with your refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and address the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your replacement or refund will be processed and dispatched within one week of receiving the returned item. We will send you a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number, so you can monitor the return shipment.
